Clause XVI of the principal Instructions is

amended

(a)

in paragraphs (1) and (2)(b) by deleting "the

Council" wherever it occurs and substituting the

following

-

"the Legislative Council"; and

(b) in paragraph (3) by inserting after "Member" the

following

"of the Legislative Council".

14. Clause XVII of the principal Instructions is

amended by deleting "the Council" wherever it occurs and

substituting the following:

"the Legislative Council".
