Clause XIII of the principal Instructions is

amended by deleting "Member thereof" and substituting the

following

"Member of the Legislative Council".

12. Clause XIV of the principal Instructions is

amended

(a) by deleting the marginal note and substituting

the following

(b)

"Provisional appointment of Members of the

Legislative Council.";

by inserting after "Elected Member" the following

"of the Legislative Council";

(c)

by deleting "the Council" wherever it occurs and

substituting the following -

"the Legislative Council"; and

(d)

by deleting "said Council" and substituting the

following

"Legislative Council".
