Amend the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Municipal Short title. Services (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1987.

2. Section 15 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of subsection (1C).

3. Section 143(a) of the principal Ordinance is amended--

(a) by deleting "$10,000" and substituting the following-

“$25,000”; and

(b) by deleting “$250” and substituting the following-

section 15.

4. The principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the Ninth Replacement of Schedule and substituting the following-

Ninth Schedule.
