This Ordinance increases the maximum penalties that may be imposed for offences under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance and raises the level of the maximum penalties that may be prescribed in regulations made under that Ordinance.

2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
