We did work out a basis in the '78 fees

and it amounted to about 15% of the original cost of those fees. So applying that 15% we are now trying to recover that 15% in the 27 next five years.

Yes. Mr Director, may I refer to paragraph 15 of the Director of Audit's report. You did begin to revise, to review the level of school fees in October 1984 and the present revision of school fees was approved by the Governor in Council in July this

year. That means you have taken 20 months to complete this review.

Do you think that it is a reasonable duration in which such a review
