Am I wrong to say, or am I
spent on staff costs?
May I clarify one or two questions on the
cost if you are going to rate the stalls.

Entirely on staff costs, yes.
Are you going to employ other people

No, it would be our own staff but of
course, in order to take this on, as you know we are fully occupied in
extending rates to the remainder of the NT and also preparing for the
next general revaluation, so if we have to take on and separately
assess over 12,000 we would obviously have to take on additional
staff in order to do this.

On that basis, yes.
So in other words, what I want to say is
that it may not cost so much because you are using staff and if you squeeze the staff a little bit then you might not spend, then all this $7.2 million
That is our best estimate but as you heard
Mr Chui say, in his opinion it could be an under-estimate because of the problems created by appeals.
