course, in order to take this on, as you know we are fully occupied in

extending rates to the remainder of the NT and also preparing for the

next general revaluation, so if we have to take on and separately

assess over 12,000 we would obviously have to take on additional

staff in order to do this.

that it may not cost so much because you are using staff and if you squeeze the staff a little bit then you might not spend, then all this $7.2 million

That is our best estimate but as you heard

Mr Chui say, in his opinion it could be an under-estimate because of the problems created by appeals.
