the

memorandum

should

principle be adopted, but

that

revised

proposals

incorporating

the

above

should be

(b) that the Chief

suggest

Secretary

to

the

Philippines Consulate General

that

the

Philippines

Government should take steps

to provide recreational

leisure

amenities

and

for

Philippine domestic helpers.
