prevailing rate for new
contracts;
the
recommendations
in
paragraph
14
of
the
memorandum
should
in
principle be adopted, but
that
revised
proposals
incorporating
the
above
should be
submitted to the
Council
as
soon
as
practicable; and
(b) that the Chief
should
suggest
Secretary
to
the
Philippines Consulate General
that
the
Philippines
Government should take steps
to provide recreational
leisure
amenities
and
for
Philippine domestic helpers.
