According to my records you are registered owner(s) of the above described land. I have to inform you that this land (or a portion of it) is required by Government for a project and will probably be resumed by March, 1987.
Please note that your ownership right in respect of the land and/ or the structures concerned has not ceased until reversion and you may continue to demand rent from your tenants.
I have to point out that the date of resumption mentioned in paragraph 1 above may be subject to change. You will be informed of the exact date of resumption at a later time when the formal resumption notice is gazetted. Physical clearance will normally take place after the lot(s) has/have reverted to the Crown.
