I attach a note of a call I made on the fairly new Ministry of Supervision. They are keen to establish links with foreign counterparts and mentioned the British Ombudsman specifically in this connection. I would be grateful for any information that you can acquire without great difficulty on the Ombudsman which I could pass on to them. The Ministry is also worth considering in the COI sponsored visit programme (cf. paragraph 9 of Alyson Bailes' teleletter to you of 23 November).
