Mr Kevin MAK Iu-kwan, JP

Aged 48. Mr Mak first joined the Civil

Service as an Executive Officer II in August 1963.

He remained in the Executive Grade until April 1981

when he was appointed to his present rank of

Administrative Officer Staff Grade C. Since then,

he has served as a Principal Assistant Secretary in the

former Social Services Branch and as District

Officer (Kwun Tong). He has held his present post

of Deputy Regional Secretary (Hong Kong & Kowloon)

since April 1986.
