(c) to appoint an auditor to audit the accounts;

(d) to submit to the Governor after the end of each

financial year a report on the activities and the

audited accounts of RTHK and subject to the

approval of the Governor, the report will be

placed before the Legislative Council.

To enable the Board to fulfil its functions, it

may delegate the following powers to the Director of

Broadcasting:

(a) receive and expend funds;

(b) seek non-commercial sponsorship of programme;

(c) in co-operation with public broadcasters overseas

or commercial broadcasters, local or overseas, or

any other such organizations related to the

broadcasting or telecommunication industries to

produce or broadcast suitable radio or TV

programmes;
