Other measures designed to improve
rehabilitation are: the rehabilitation of offenders
bill, which was recently passed into law; and a parole scheme; and a pre-release employment scheme, which are currently under consideration.

The RSC of the FCC has also been considering
rehabilitation of offenders. It has recommended that
an indepth study be carried out on how reoffenders
may best be reintegrated into society and it is hoped that this will start in the near future.
