I refer to your notice of 3rd January 1986 relating to the above and would like to raise the following objection:

The proposed Eastern Harbour Crossing does not provide a direct link to and from Taikoo Shing. To use this facility, I will have to take extra journeys into Sai Wan Ho or the Kornhill resulting in considerable loss of time and fuel. As there are direct links between the tunnel and my neighbours in Sai Wan Ho and Kornhill, the benefits of the tunnel will be enjoyed by my neighbours there

but not by me. Consequently there will be a fall in value of my flat comparatively speaking.

For your information, I am the owner of Flat 1C of Primrose Mansion, 2 Taikoo Wan Road, Taikoo Shing.
