Our client has retained Messrs. Collier Petty as adviser on matters in relation to the above, including, inter alia the question of possible alternatives available to Government particularly in redesigning or resiting the proposed public transport interchange and pedestrian links facing the Lam Tin Station on the other side of Lei Yue Mun Road.
More detailed grounds of objection will be forwarded to you following receipt of Collier Petty's report but, in the mean time, we would be grateful if you could kindly let us know when it is expected that the Governor in Council and/or the Town Planning Board will consider the relevant plan and scheme along with the present objection in accordance with Section 11 of the Ordinance.
