Subsequent to your letter of 20.1.86, we have held a village meeting and have decided the following :

"
As neither the JBDO nor your office gave us a copy of
the plan for the reprovision of a footpath, we could. not identify the location of the proposed rain shelter. We suggest you make a joint site inspection with us to identify the location.
'Tun Fu' fees : we unanimously agreed to install five
"tun fu's" as three "tsz tong's" (namely the Tsang's the Chu's and the Lee's) and two hill gods were involved Remedial 'fung shui' installations as the village
'fung shui' will be adversely affected, we unanimously agreed to install a statue for the god of protection, with a covered structure of 12ft x 15ft, a ritual for the installation of the statue should also be performed. All such expenses should be paid by the Government.
Regarding the minutes of the 6.12.85 meeting, we
unanimously agreed that the following deletions/ amendments/additions should be made :
