Regarding the water source, the following

sentence should be added into the minutes 'Mr. Peter KWAN of DO/SK said that if the water source was adversely affected, the villagers might complain to the Government which would try its best to help them solve their problems or change joba.

Regarding easement compensation, as no compensation amount was mentioned in the minutes, compensation should be given to lotowners directly affected by the creation of easement as well as to neighbour- ing lotowners to their satisfaction.

We will write to the Secretary for Lands and Works to withdraw our objection to the proposed principal access
