Subject to paragraph (4), where a
passenger has completed the journey for which
he has paid his fare, he shall leave the
bus or pay the appropriate fare for any
journey he takes or intends to take by way
of continuation.
(4) The requirement to pay the
appropriate fare under paragraphs (1) and (3)
shall not apply to any passenger who already
holds a ticket in respect of the journey he
intends to take, or a pass to the extent of
his entitlement under that pass.

5B. (1) Subject to paragraph (3),
where a bus is fitted with a cash fare box
for the collection of fares, every passenger
