be promulgated this year.

allowed to use standards and rules are currently adopted by those countries. Nuclear plants designed and constructed by ourselves may adopt their own standards and rules, but must be approved by
NNSA.

these regulations are equivalent to the advanced standards of
Western countries advanced in nuclear development.
