I have spoken to OSTD about this. The rooms we used last year (W116 A-D) are now permanently occupied by the CSCE unit of Soviet Department.

There is no alternative set of rooms available.

2.

This is clearly going to be a problem. Housing up to 10-12 extra bodies in HKD/FED during the afternoons is not going to be easy, although I doubt if all of the members/experts/ supporting staff will need to be around all of the time.
