Visit to Hong Kong by a Delegation from Interpol NCB China, 4th - 11th November 1985

At the invitation of the Commissioner, Royal Hong Kong Police Force, a five man delegation from Interpol NCB China visited Hong Kong and attended meetings with senior police officers during the period 4th 11th November 1985.

The visit followed on from Mr. Roy Henry's visit to Beijing in February 1985 and is part of a planned, regular series of visits between Interpol China and the Royal Hong Kong Police Force. The delegation was led by Mr. LIU Wen, Head of Interpol NCB China, and included Interpol representatives from Beijing and Guangdong as follows :-

The visit began and ended in formal discussions with the Commissioner and senior operational staff of the Royal Hong Kong Police (RHKP). These were complemented by visits to formations and units which were of Interpol interest. A copy of the programme for the visit is at Annex A.
