(report) Wen Wei Po: The BLDC may set up five sub-groups to look into different aspects of the Basic Law: the

relationship between the Central Government and

the SAR, the SAR's political system, HK people's rights and obligations, finance as well as culture and education. The

relationship between the SAR and the Central Government may form a separate chapter in the Basic Law.
