(A) the holding of a share by a person
in a company which is a public body; or
(B) the entitlement of a person to
vote at meetings of a club or association
which is a public body; or
(c) membership by any person of a
council, board, committee or other body
of an educational institution which is
a public body by reason only of his
status as a student or graduate of the
institution,
shall not of itself constitute that
person a public servant."
