(i) is an office holder of the body
(other than an honorary office.

for the conduct or management of its

(c) in the case of a public body which is
an educational institution established
or continued in being by an Ordinance,
any member of any council, board,
committee or other body of the
institution, which -
(i) is itself a public body by
virtue of the definition of "public
body" in this section; or
(ii) is established by or under the
Ordinance relating to the institution,
whether the employee or member is
temporary or permanent and whether paid
or unpaid, but
