(i) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$500,000"

in both places where it occurs and substituting

in each case the following

"$1,000,000"; and

(ii) in paragraph (b) by deleting "$100,000"

and substituting the following -

"$500,000";

(b) in subsection (2) by deleting "$100,000" and

substituting the following

"$250,000"; and

(c) by inserting after subsection (3) the

following

"(3A) Subject to subsections (3B)

and (3C) where a person is convicted

of an offence under section 10(1

the court may, in addition to any

penalty imposed under subsection (1),
