The SCM Post: The way the BLCC constitution was born should be commended.

It was in essence an example of what many people have decried and a practice that has been fairly prevalent in HK over the past century: democratic consultation.

Ching Po: The proposed composition of the BLCC is representative and should be able to win public support.
