(b) SEO will record the registration numbers of all dubious and anonymous submissions referred to the Monitors.

(c)

SEO will prepare a daily statement on the Form Is received and checked.

Examination of Form Is:

Form Is received will be grouped according to their respective Assessment Teams (broadly by source), and passed onto the Monitors for examination.

Receipt of Form IIs:

Form IIs will be sent to MT in the late afternoon on Mondays and Thursdays. On receipt of these, the relevant Form Is will be located and batched together with the respective Form IIs to which they relate. These will be placed in folders, in order of the agenda for the AO's meeting on the next day (i.e. if an agenda is provided by DCAO), and passed onto the Monitors for examination.

Examination

of Form IIs and meeting of the AO:

The Monitors will examine the Assessment Forms and the submissions. They will, as far as possible, attend the meeting of the AO on every Tuesday and Friday morning, and record observations.

Filing of submissions

and Form I and IIS:

(a)

After the AO meeting, the Monitors will return the folders of submissions and Form I and IIs to SEO. Each Form II will be stamped to indicate that it has been considered and dealt with.
