Work Flow

Form Is, each attached to the respective submission, will be sent to the MT twice

a day, under cover of:-

(i)

a computer print out listing the previous day's entries, breakdown by Assessment Teams, and in order of registration numbers and in alphabetical

order of the names of the source; and

(b)

(ii)

a photocopy of the Master Register showing the submissions received by the AO on the previous day.

Dubious and anonymous submissions will be sent to the MT for verification and

record.

(a) SEO will check:-

(i) that each Form I matches with

the submission attached;

(ii)

the numbers of Form Is received, identified by their registration numbers, against the computer print out (to ensure that all Form Is completed have been sent to the MT); and
