side under regular review, including the division

of work between them.

Submission of Report

7.

The Commissioner will be required to submit his

Report to the Governor not later than 24 November. The MT

will aim to complete and sign its Report on 25 or 26 November,

with a view to its despatch to the Foreign and Commonwealth

Secretary, in parallel with the Commissioner's Report, in

time to reach London on 27 November.
