b) The press party wil be responsible for the payment of

their own hotel bills. The cost of their ground

transport is covered in the all-inclusive charge for their travel.

15. OFFICE MACHINERY AND STATIONERY

a) Portable typewriters will be taken by the Personal

Assistants to work on the VC10.

b) Electric typewriters, a photcopier and common-user

stationery will be provided in each Private Office. A typewriter and common-user stationery wil be supplied in the suite of the Head of News Department for use by his Personal Assistant.

c) Any special headed stationery will be brought out by

Personal Assistants.
