Queen as head of state, some are republics and some have their own monarchs. In the case of countries like Ianada how powerful is the Royal perogative in theory (not in practice)?

How much control do we have over

the constitutions of certain bommonwealth countries? Which countries still exercise the right of appeal to the Judicial commitee of the U.K. privy council?

However I am particularly interested to know of any brown colonies like Gibralter, St. Helena and Falklands which still have' an ethnically British and English speaking, majority. I would like to know more about the British Antarctic territory and Argentiva's claim to it, who lives on it, its classificatio riterenship etc.
