Thank you very much indeed for the excellent
briefing which you and your colleagues gave me on 10 December in Hong Kong. I was fascinated to learn of the way you have organised the police force in Hong Kong, when I know that pressures of close urban living give the police force very special problems. I was very impressed with all that I saw.
