ARTICLE I

Revised Standard Agreement

The Government and the Agency shall apply to the technical assistance provided to the Government by or through the Agency the provisions of the Revised Standard Agreement concluded on

8 July 1960

and as amended on 10 May 1963 and 29 November 1967

between the Government and the organizations participating in thé

United Nations Development Programme.

ARTICLE II

Safety Standards and Measures

The Government shall apply to the operations making use of the technical assistance provided to it pursuant to this Agreement the Agency's Safety Standards and Measures defined in document INFCIRC/18/Rev.1 and the applicable safety standards as they are established in accordance with that document and as they may be revised from time to time.
