To introduce

legislation to empower the Crown to acquire for public purposes, land, title to which has been lost by virtue of the opera- tion of sections 7(1) and 17 of the Limitation Ordinance.

Progress Made & Present Position

A first draft of the bill is being oirculated.

Airport (Control of Cbstructions) Ordinance

To introduce a new Order relating to the control of building heights to ensure the safety of aircarft using Kai Tak and of persons living under the flight path.

Draft Order made by the Governor in Council on 21.9.82.
