The packages constituting the bag shall bear

visible external marks of their character and may

contain only official correspondence and documents

or articles intended exclusively for official use.

(5) The courier shall be provided with an official

document indicating his status and the number of

packages constituting the bag.

Fees and charges.

8. (1) The Visa Office may levy in Hong Kong

the fees and charges provided by the laws and regulations

of the People's Republic of China for the issue of visas.

Personal

inviolability.

(2) The sums collected in the form of the fees and

charges referred to in subsection (1) shall be exempt from

all dues and taxes in Hong Kong.

9. (1) Officers of the Visa Office shall not

be liable to arrest or detention pending trial, except

in the case of a grave crime and pursuant to a decision

by a competent judicial authority

(2) In this section, grave crime" means an offence

punishable on first conviction with imprisonment for a

period of 5 years or more.

(3) Except as provided in subsection (1), officers

of the Visa Office shall not be committed to prison or

liable to any other form of restriction on their personal

freedom save in execution of a judicial decision of

final effect.
