other thing was not intended for such use

shall be on the accused person.".

Section 79 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "or 76(3)" and

substituting the following

", 76(3) or 76A"; and

(b) in subsection (3) by deleting "or 76(3)" and

substituting the following

"', 76(3) or 76A".

Amendment of section 80.

5. Section 80 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "die" in both places where it occurs the following

"or other thing"
