In proceedings for an offence
under subsection (1) the burden of proving

that any document, equipment or article fit
for use in the forgery of any document or
other thing was not intended for such use
shall be on the accused person.".
Section 79 of the principal Ordinance is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "or 76(3)" and
substituting the following
", 76(3) or 76A"; and
(b) in subsection (3) by deleting "or 76(3)" and
substituting the following
"', 76(3) or 76A".
Amendment of section 80.
5. Section 80 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "die" in both places where it occurs the following
"or other thing"
