A party of British journalists will accompany the above delegation throughout the tour and will travel on the Secretary of State's aircraft. Separate administration instructions will be issued to these journalists.

2. TRAVEL

The party will travel by chartered aircraft. Exact details of the aircraft will be given in the further administrative arrangements to be issued. It is expected that the baggage entitlement will be 66 lbs per person.
