(e) Requests the Administrator, in addition to his continuing consultations with countries which do not have IPFs, to enter into consultations with all recipient countries with per capita GMP of above 31,500 which do not adopt either of the courses envisaged by 6(d) above regarding the establishment on a voluntary basis of rogular contributions and reimbursement targets, for each of the years 1982 to 1986, on the basis set cut below taking fully into account the special needs of the group of countries listed in 1(c)(i) above:

(i) countries with a per capita GP between $1,500 and $2,000 would

exert their best efforts to gradually increase their annual regular contributions so as to partially reimburse on a voluntary basis as great a proportion as possible of the UIDP-financed programe, using the annualized IPF as a reference;

(ii) countries with a per capita GMP of between $2,000 and $3,000 would

gradually increase their annual regular contributions on a voluntary basis so as to partially reimburse the UNDP-financed progrenne in order to reach, on an annual basis, a ratio of contributions of at least 75 per cent of the annualized IPF by 1985;

(iii) countries with a per capita GNP above $3,000 would increase their

annual regular contributions on a voluntary basis so as to reimburse the UNDP-financed programme to the extent of 80 per cent by 1984 and 100 per cent by 1985 in the same currencies as those in which the costs of their progrcine are incurred;

The Administrator shall provide the Council at its twenty-eighth session with a detailed report on the results of consultations with each country, and shall report to the Council each year thereafter on the progress nade towards achieving the voluntary contributions targets;

(f) Requests all recipient countries referred to in paragraph 6(e) above, tɔ co-operate with the Administrator on a timely basis in concluding the consultations called for in that paragraph.

Authorizes the Administrator

(a) To consult with Governments with a view to his making as realistic an ostinate as possible of the actual resources likely to be available for the
