Officers from either side are exempted

from obtaining a visa and from inspection.

(v) The time of the following meeting and the date the liaison

officer of either side should make contact to confirm the date of

the meeting should be fixed at the previous meeting. When the

liaison officers of either side confirm the date of the meeting,

they should notify the other side in advance the topics to be

discussed at the meeting, the list of officers to attend the meeting

and their identities. In emergencies, an appointment for a meeting

can be made as soon as possible.

(vid The side playing the host should provide the necessary means

of transportation and the venue for the meeting.

Others.

The two sides will review and discuss the topics dealt with, the

frequency (of the meetings), and the arrangements for the meetings four

months after the first meeting.
