The record for the Associated States is less tidy. When the Articles 25 and 46 extensions were first made in September 1967 only three of the five (St Lucia, Dominica and St Vincent) were included. Antigua and St Christopher-Nevis-Anguilla have thus never made declarations. We renewed for St Lucia, Dominica and St Vincent in 1969; for St Lucia and Dominica in 1972 and 1974; and for St Lucia only in 1976.

This latest list takes the process begun last August to as far as it is possible to go for the time being. With Tyrer in mind we are not proposing to do more before another round of consultations.
