no other children in China, has since been staying with the

whole family under the same roof until the 23rd day of

February 1979 when her son and daughter-in-law entered into

a Separation Agreement owing to their unhappy differences.

Her said daughter-in-law has now moved to Room 905 Wah Lok

House, Wah Fu Estate, Aberdoon, Hong Kong, leaving the baby

infant unattended by anybody. Your Petitioner has now taken

up the responsibility to nurse her grandson at home for and

on behalf of the mother.

Your Petitioner's son is a Head Waiter in the employ

of Landau's Restaurant Ltd. earning $3,000.00 per month and

should Your Petitioner therefore be permitted to stay in

Hong Kong permanently, there would be no risk of financial

difficulties as her son has a sound and secured job to support

her.

Your Petitioner only pleads for Your Excellency's

mercy and hopes Your Excellency will in compassion understand

the situation of Your Petitioner.

Your Petitioner humbly and fervently prays that

Your Excellency will be moved to rescind the decision made by

the Director of Immigration on the 14th day of March 1979 and

permits Your Petitioner to remain with her son and grandson in

Hong Kong.

In small return for Your Excellency's humanity and

sympathy for a loyal citizen, Your Petitioner hereby solemnly

and sincerely declares that she will always strive to abide hersel

by the laws and regulations of this Colony as she will be fully

appreciative of the protection and privilege she would enjoy

under Your Excellency's wise and just Government.
