(1) That Your Excellency will be pleased to rescind

the decision made by the Director of Immigration

on the 14th day of March 1979 and direct the

Director of Immigration to exercise his discretion

under the Immigration Ordinance 1972 in Your

Petitioner's favour.

(2) Alternatively that Your Excellency will be pleased

to order that Your Petitioner be allowed to stay

in Hong Kong permanently.
