CPA have not been able to determine possible fare levels for these prospective services in the absence of information on the mix of traffic likely to be serving the route. Neither have they presumed to determine whether BA's existing fares are pegged at the right levels. CPA are seeking the information required from BA and, if and when this becomes available, CPA would set out the fares/rates which they considered appropriate.
