while flying on the agreed services, will be allowed to enter
and leave the territory of the other party against production
of valid passports without the requirement of a visa, provided that
a namelist of the crew members flying on each particular flight is
forwarded to the designated airline of the other party at the
departure of the flight in question.
In cases where normal crew change-over, aircraft malfunction
or meteorological considerations necessitate any of the above-
mentioned crew members to make a short sojourn in the territory
of the other party after their entry into the said territory, they
will be exempt from visa requirement. However, any of the crew
members who wish to stay on for personal reasons or leave the said
territory as a passenger or by other means of transport will apply
to the visa agency of the other Contracting Party for visas,

which have entered into the Civil Air Transport Agreement referred to
above and on whose behalf the understandings, also referred to above,
have been reached,
