(ii) whether he admits or denies the
misconduct or any of the grounds on
which it is proposed to order an
investigation;"; and
(ii) by inserting after sub-paragraph (b) the
folowing
"(c) inform the officer that if
S
(i) he admits in whole the misconduct
in respect of which it is proposed
to order the investigation, the Governor
may dispense with the investigation,
unless the officer requests that the
investigation be made, and that the
Governor may then punish him in accordance
with Colonial Regulations;
(ii) he does not admit in whole the
misconduct but admits in part the grounds
on which it is proposed to order the
investigation, the Governor may, if the
admitted grounds amount to misconduct,
dispense with the investigation, unless
the officer requests that the investigation
be made, and that the Governor may then
punish him in accordance with Colonial
Regulations;
