Amendment to Disciplinary Proceedings

(Colonial Regulations) Regulations

In exercise of the powers conferred by Colonial

Regulations 56, 57 and 65, the Governor, with the approval

of the Secretary of state, has made the following regulations

1. These regulations may be cited as the Disciplinary Proceedings (Colonial Regulations) (Amendment) Regulations

2. Regulation 4 of the Disciplinary Proceedings

(Colonial Regulations) Regulations is amended

(a)

in paragraph (1) -

(i) by deleting sub-paragraph (b) and substituting

the following -

"(b) call upon the officer to state, in writing,

within such reasonable period as the

Governor may specify

(i) any grounds upon which he relies to

exculpate himself; or
