VI.

TRAINING

A. Type :-

2-year on-the-job training as an assistant foreman/supervisor with attendance at part- time day-release, block-release or evening courses in supervisory studies.

B. Entry Requirements :-

1. Qualification :

Either (A) Completion of an organized

technician apprenticeship followed by at least 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience, and possession of a higher certificate in a relevant branch of engineering.

or

(B) Completion of an organized

craft apprenticeship followed by at least 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience, and possession of a craft certificate in the field of work for which he is responsible and has satisfactorily completed further up- grading courses preferably including supervisory studies,
