standard and specification for a charge- hand.

Work processes for which he is responsible, material testing and inspection methods.
3. Supervisory techniques including :-
(i) Work planning and progressing;
(ii) Supervision of workers, communication
and human relations;
(iii) Wage systems, records and incentive
schemes;
(iv) Principles of inspection and quality
control;
(v) Selection and training of workers;
(vi) Maintenance of records of production,
costs, materials, labour, machines, etc.;
(vii) Report writing.
